Boost and curl libraries were compiled in such a way that they included bitcode markers as well as invalid OSO symbols referring to bitcode_strip tmp files that resulted in dsymutil warnings.

These updates remove the bitcode markers from the libs entirely as well as the OSO symbols referencing them.
