JLCPCB have neither the TPF133A nor the THS7316 3-channel 36 MHz video amplifiers.
They do have the MS1681/, which is a single-channel 36 MHz 6dB amplifier, in a SOT-23-6. We'd need three of them.
The TPD7S019 ESD protection chip is in stock, so I would delete the bypass pads as they are tricky to route so near to the VGA connector.
