[Bug] Neo Backup seems to launch apps that are restored

Describe the bug

When restoring an app, sometimes I get a superuser elevation prompt from Magisk, indicating the apps are being launched in the background.

Expected Behavior

Apps should not be launching after they are restored. They should remain in a suspended state indefinitely until manually launched, as if they were previously force stopped
