Guidelines

  • I have read the FAQ and it doesn't cover the issue.
  • I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.
  • I'm on the latest version.
  • I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
  • This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

  1. Back up an app - example t.io weather. It is a simple weather app which data consists of preferences and saved locations.
  2. Clear data in app properties
  3. Run app again - shows the welcome screen, etc, previous data is lost as expected
  4. Restore data with neo backup, completes successfully
  5. Run app again. Still shows welcome screen. Data not restored.
  6. Restore data using Titanium or Swift. App restored to previous state, welcome screen not showing, saved locations present.

Expected Behavior

App data restored with neo backup.

Hello, is the problem still present in version 8.3.10? I have followed your instructions, and t.io weather was restored without problems with NeoBackup 8.3.10.

(I am using OnePlus 6 enchilada, /e/OS 2.5, rooted with Magisk)
