For those in the Python community, being able to install a piece of software with a simple "pip install " makes installation much more friendly and less threatening.
Context
I'd like to encourage users to try out this software. I feel like being findable on PyPi for users searching for virtual assistant would be helpful.
Possible Implementation
I haven't worked with PyPi before, but I know that it's possible to install both a set of modules and commands - ie flake8. This would place the whole Naomi folder into the current environment's lib folder but still use ~/.config/naomi for all the dynamically generated stuff.
