Split ParentTest class:

  • conftest.py will contain everything needed at runtime, imported as a fixture
  • something-else.py will contain all the management - analysis tools

Add _modified/_creation_time metadata to inputs:

  • check also for cache timestamp to be consistent, otherwise recompute
