When an XVI file is being read, the scans can be linked and written to a new format (using xvi2img), yet ideally one might want to link the planning CT scan as well. At least the export tool should also be able to export the SeriesInstanceUID of the planning scan. We do need to be aware that this information is non necessarily anonymous, and neither is the export to an ITK format the tool might preserve the header information such as PatientID (currently it's either all header of none at all).
