Add version tags to configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When never versions of the code are generated, the configurations may not be backwards compatible.

Describe the solution you'd like
Test the version of the configuration against the current ahcore version.
In case major changes are done it is good to upgrade the configurations with a script (bundled with ahcore)
