Select/Dropdown Styling on IOS and Android #182

On IOS and Android, the styling of the "select" element styling seems to not be aligned with other components.

Hi @LewisHarveyNHSD
This is from the NHS Service manual and not the react implementation which this repository is.

And the NHSUK Frontend

We in the react implementation don't change any styling, and simply inherit from above.

So it would be best to raise this with the NHSUK Frontend repository, and once addressed there, we will inherit the changes.
