Same situation I've been dealing with for a while. Although I've fiddled with most of the parameters, I'm still seeing incorrect velocities being written over top of what appear to be good unfolded values (the screenshots show this). In addition, the values don't line up with what the sounding shows at those altitudes. I was wondering if you might be able to look into the code and see how RadxDealias handles the velocities from the sounding and whether it uses a single velocity, averages over a layer, calculates the velocity at different layers, etc. I believe this is the final "auxiliary" step of the algorithm before the data is returned.
