Anchor tags incorrectly causing failure

Expected:

• Same page anchor tag links shouldn't break the check link test

Actual:

• Some anchor tag links cause tests to fail, even though the link is valid.

Example:
website.com#section-of-page as well as website.com/#section-of-page should both pass.

Noteworthy: the actual link on the webpage does not contain a slash but the expected field in the test report shows a slash (see screenshot 1 and reference error in screenshot 2).
