Initial steps for event organization

The three regions that the events will take place are: Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharastra
The budget request has been submitted to Kiki along with the swag needs.

On speaker for the event we will have the first events with internal speakers (basically @dvigneshwer while the second calls will happen with TS)
