Add three missing gtfs.de feeds #732

Currently, we are hosting one feed from https://gtfs.de/de/feeds/ and we're missing the three others.

The feed we have: https://mobilitydatabase.org/feeds/mdb-1089 which is the feed with the whole Germany.

Th feeds we're missing

Long distance rail: https://gtfs.de/de/feeds/de_fv/
Public transport: https://gtfs.de/de/feeds/de_nv/
Regional rail: https://gtfs.de/de/feeds/de_rv/
