Setting default parameters for new users

I love this plugin, I just wish it was possible to set default parameters to be applied when new users are added. This would eliminate the need to configure telegram notifications for each new user.

You could just do this using a group chat?

After I made the bot, I added it to a group chat, and gave messaging access only to it.

Then I just gave the invite link to people and they could join the group chat if they wanted notifications.

I meant new jellyfin users. I want to get notifications for all of my users' activities.
And when I add new users to the servers, they should be automatically configured to send notifications for their activities

Something like "apply these settings unless otherwise specified".

It's a bit of work but as long as Jellyfin does not restrict the configuration to the current user it should be possible!
