View the Summary of the phases

As a community member,
I want a clear phase summary section on the landing page,
So that I can quickly understand the phase status and results, and know what actions I need to take

The funding round phase summaries will provide users with updates on proposal statuses and the outcomes of each phase

Clear Section Visibility & Current Phase Status

• Given that the user lands on the homepage,
• When he clicks in the "Phase Summary" section,
• Then the user will see a visible header that indicates the phase status and results.
• User will see the status of the phase, the section should display the current phase of the governance process (e.g., Proposal Submission, Discussion, Voting, etc)
• Real-time updates of the phase

Phase Results:

• Given that the user is in the "Phase Summary" section,
• When they are reviewing a completed phase,
• Then the section should display the key results or outcomes of that phase (e.g., voting results, number of proposals submitted, etc.).
• User can use the dropdown list from the Phase Summary navigation top bar, to select and view previous phase summaries

Real-Time Updates:

• Given that the phase statuses and results can change,
• When the platform updates the phase status,
• Then the "Phase Summary" section should reflect real-time updates without requiring the user to refresh the page
