User Story
As a Reviewer
I want to provide feedback/deliberate a proposal in the active funding round
So that the proposal can move to the voting phase

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given that the proposal is in the deliberation phase,
  • When the phase has started,
  • Then Discord notifications must be provided:
  • Notify reviewer of the proposal to recommend/deliberate
  • Notification (DM) of the proposal deliberation status to the submitter.
