Proposal creation: Remove proposal drafts

User Story:
As a community member,
I want to create proposals easily
so that I can participate in the governance process without needing to leave the platform

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given that the user wants to remove a proposal draft,
• When the user clicks on My proposal section,
• Then the user will be able to remove his draft by using the trash can Icon

After clicking on the trash icon next to my proposal, I was able to remove it and get a confirmation in the bottom right corner of the screen:

Improvement idea:
As you can see in the above screenshots, there are different pop-up windows and notifications. Once we work on improving notifications, can we please unify this across the whole platform? Users might be confused that some notifications and actions happen "inside" the platform, and some are "outside" (as a browser notification).
Regarding improving notifications, we discussed to have them more visible, not in the bottom right corner as they currently are, and can be missed for some cases.
