Create a Leaderboard to award points to community members who respond to surveys

Input data automatically from discord surveys
The option to add Other input data such as Google survey results should be available
Show results in a similar structure to the actual leaderboard.
1 survey response = 10 points

leaderboard view example:

Input data example: instead of GitHub repo, add the name of the responded survey
