Document Translator - Tables not translated correctly in Word #132

Tables in Word documents do not translate correctly. I have tried to translate a document using different version of Document Translator and do not get the same results, although all incorrect. In the attached file, I have included an exemple with the different results.
Can it be fixed, please?
