For power automate, it is said that it is for Office 365 users. It is completely true and should be kept. It is however also more specifically made for the Power Platform, as it is a part of it, use the same interfaces, works with Power Platform solutions etc.

The Power Platform is part of Office 365 : it is however important and specific enough to mention it in addition to Office 365. It would help Power Platform dev gravitate towards Power Automate and discover it's functionalities integrated to the power platform, like Dataverse connectors, UI triggers as mentioned after, etc
