Describe the bug
In a Microsoft Learn training module, the phrase chains of native and prompts should be chains of native functions and prompts.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/semantic-kernel/agents/planners/evaluate-and-deploy-planners/
  2. Scroll down to the section: 'What is Prompt flow?'
  3. In the second paragraph beginning with 'Most notably...'
  4. See the phrase: 'allows you to author chains of native and prompts...'

Expected behavior
The phrase should be: 'allows you to author chains of native functions and prompts...'

Additional context
Bold and italics added only to better highlight the issue.
