Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In a markdown file
  2. Open preview
  3. Now install the github markdown preview extension
  4. Keep the preview open and restart vs code

Bug
Preview does not load the new style contributed by the extension. Closing and reopening the preview fixes the problem
