Native Editor - Monaco editor render error when changing a cell from markdown to code

Steps to reproduce:

1. open a notebook
2. Do not run any cell
3. Change a markdown cell to code (or a code cell to markdown, and then back to code)

This will happen:

I couldn't find the problem, but it happens in monacoEditor.tsx when we create the editor with
monacoEditor.editor.create(...). I think the issue is with the options object, maybe its different when the cell hasn't been ran.
