Saving Notebook Editor file with a new name doesn't change the doc name #3012

  1. Create a new notebook editor
  2. Add and run a cell in it
  3. Press "Save notebook" button and give it a new name / location

Expected:
Title of file tab should reflect the new name

Actual:
File tab is still Untitled-1
