Native Editor - Double open any .ipynb file and it doesn't open the editor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any .ipynb file
2. The native editor loads
3. Close the file
4. Reopen the same file

Result:
The file opens as simple text, showing the json

Expected result:
The native editor loads again

Validated. Tried a couple of notebooks opened and closed multiple times. (Note: I see an issue with opening and reexecuting an executed file, but I'll file that separate as it's not the same issue as here).
