Cursor is not a valid click target in Python Interactive window

Note this is particularly noticeable with the block cursor. If you try to click on the input area to add some text the cursor block itself is not a valid click location. The mouse won't change to an input bar over it and clicking on it does not set keyboard context there. You have to click after it to set context here.

Ack. My cursor overlay needs to have pointer-events:none I think.

@rchiodo The vertical spacing is also sensitive here. You have to click a narrow band just where the text would be. clicking just a bit too high or low sets the context off of the input window.

Yeah any time we have the focus on the entire window, it should end up in the prompt I think.
