Cannot verify network

Hi, I installed the app few hours ago but since I came out of home I havent used it for couples of hours and now when I try to open it, theres a pop up saying that it has to be verified by network when I have mobile data turnus on, do I have to use it on WiFi only of is it na issue of me not being able to turn on Developers Mode because of the IOS 17.5? I installed it by Scarlet as it was one of the options on this site https://uyouplus.com/#how-to-install
Can someone explain if its an issue regarding IOS version, developers Mode or something else?
