When Syncing with mobile, people expect to view their mobile wallet in the same state that they have their extension in.

In addition to autodetected and native elements, lets also Sync:

imported/external accounts
custom added tokens and collectibles

Per design sync - let's sync tokens, need more discussion about accounts. Updating title.
