We need to design for better "Cancel pending transaction" UX

Users submit multiple tx because their tx don't get processed quick enough and they get impatient. This is very common UX problem we're seeing.

Here's the user story:

"As an ICO investor, I want to cancel multiple transactions so that I can get my ETH returned to me after I submitted multiple transactions to the same address."
