Blocklist Integration

Hey Team - Ripple Security Operations team here. We are seeking to expand our efforts to combat fraud. We would love to integrate with the blocklist in this repo to submit domains we track which host crypto scams.

I have developed an automation to fork this repo, make changes to the blocklist in config.json, and create a PR against this repo. I'm getting a 403 error when attempting to create the PR here, although when I do it in the web UI it works fine. Any ideas here?

Additionally, assuming I get the PR issue resolved, what are the strategies folks are using to ensure their open PRs stay synced with the main branch as other changes are merged? Is there anything else we can do to ensure your automations quickly accept our submissions for quicker mitigation of active scam domains?
