In the mobile view, the images on the home page are not showing up, I can fix this. Can someone assign the issue to me?

I am trying to improve the styles of the cards, but one problem I am facing is even if I try to remove the previously written styles in theme.css folder, they are getting applied, hence I am not being able to change colors , any help would be helpful
