I uploaded the Komunumo logo to src/main/resources/META-INF/resources/icons/icon.png and replaced the Vaadin icon. But the offline page still shows the Vaadin icon, even after I cleared all browser caches. It must come from somewhere else, like one of Vaadin JAR files. Customizing the offline page seems to be harder than expected.
