LHE demostrator set-up

1. Install Git

2. Install Nodejs

3. Open a terminal.

4. Install Bower and Polymer CLI

   $ npm install -g bower
   

   $ npm install -g polymer-cli
   

5. Clone this repository

   $ git clone https://github.com/MashMeTV/lhejs.git
   

6. Install dependencies

   $ cd lhejs
   $ bower install
   $ polymer serve --open
   

Current Lena test x 100 average

ENCODE AVERAGE(100): 177.303 ms DECODE AVERAGE(100): 269.643ms
