macOS version does not show up in the Dock, app switcher, or menu bar #92

When double-clicking the Mark Mind icon on macOS, the application window shows up, but there is no Dock icon, and no tab-switcher icon, making it impossible to return to the app except by double-clicking it again. Even a menu bar icon would be useful.
