현재는 아무 처리 없이 접근 가능
- 재로그인 할 수 있음
추후에 막아야함
- 러프하게 생각한 로직: /login에 접근하면 redux에 저장된 유저 정보를 이용해서 로그인 여부를 판단 => 로그인한 유저는 다른 페이지로 보냄

페이지 기획 시 스플레시 페이지 역할이 크게 바뀔 수 있어서, 일단 보류.
