CSV File will import data but will not allow user to play the data

Steps to reproduce:
Import Layer Syrian_Civil_War csv file (Sent to you in Slack)

Add layer to a Chapter
Click on the style button
Style this layer by using “Unique” and filtering by “Event Type”. It does not allow the user to properly style this layer and it will not play in the SS.

This was tested on Whitelabel.
