Category will not save once you initially select a category from Edit Story Info

Steps to recreate this issue:
Click on Edit Story Info
Fill out all information and select a category
Click “Save” and then “Close”
Click on Edit Story Info again to change the category
Notice the category reverts to blank and doesn’t save the previous users selection
