Dialog service element of type option_0_ are not taken into account on my ovirt sphere (OLVM)

Hi community,

We want to set up machine provisioning from manageiq to our ovirt spheres (OLVM).

We would like to give our users the possibility of modifying the RAM/CPU, main disk size, datastore, but also the possibility of adding an additional disk through a catalog service.

So we followed this tutorial :

The name and the service name of the service are taken into account, but the rest of the parameters are not.
