Add a window/dialog after successful transaction actions

This feature request comes from the community.

When an operation is successful in the Nervos DAO, the window will jump to the history, which feels very abrupt. It's suggested that after the operation is completed, a successful dialog box should appear, displaying some summary information, e.g.

• Deposit time and amount
• Withdraw time, duration, interest
• Unlock time

• Requirement Contents

1. Add Deposit Rules popup.
2. Deposit pop-ups add a reminder message.
3. No more history jumps after the operation is completed.
   • The list is sorted by default in descending order of deposit time and supports manual sorting.
   • The deposit is submitted to the toast prompt and a Deposit in Progress entry is generated on the current page.
   • Withdrawal/unlock no longer jumps to history, stay on the current page to jump to the corresponding entry after completion.
4. Compensation cycles of less than 1 day need to be accurate to the hour.
