Thanks for reporting. If you are using Chrome (or a Chromium browser) this is a known issue, and the fix has already been pushed, but it hasn't been approved by the chrome web store yet. If you're not using chrome, please let me know so we can get to the bottom of this!

This seems to be the issue. I'll try to think of a fix for this.

I am able to reproduce this.

1. Search for a video
2. Click on a video
3. Click on a recommended video
4. Go back 2 times

I think I fixed in the latest commit. Will do some more testing before pushing an update, since it's a relatively rare bug, and I hope I can make this the last 1.5.x release before the next major version.
