New Option: --param_regex

The regex used to find parameters within a prompt text if currently hard coded. No reason that it can't be an option so that prompts from different systems might be used without modification. For example some prompt systems use a curley bracket or two to delimit a parameter name.

This change impacts both the aia and prompt_manager gems.
