Add the expiration date of the password reset link to the account creation email text

When an admin creates a user with the "Send e-mail" option activated, the user receives an account creation email with a link to set the password for their account.

The account creation email text should contain the expiration date of the password reset link, similar to the password reset email text: "The link will expire on YYYY-MM-DD."
