User: admin

Actions:
User 1: collection -> "Reserve draft DOI for collection " ->(just calls control)
User 2: makes changes in "edit collection's information" -> "save"
User 1: "reserve draft DOI for collection" ->

Observation: doubled error message: "DOI not created. Contact admin. try again after reload"
Expected Result: Second part of message makes more sense to be displayed. Maybe delete first two sentences?
