The --http-addr flag doesn't work? #123

I compiled my opa project into a .exe file, and use its --help I found out I can change its listening address by the --http-addr or -a flag. But it seems that even I pass --http-addr 127.0.0.1 it still listens on 0.0.0.0.

I can reproduce this on an OS X 10.8 and a Debian testing 32-bit.
