Extends the config to support the new bool setting
favourite_tweets, if this is true the bot will also like tweets that it retweets.Also adds some very basic filtering to stop the bot retweeting tweets in a conversation by ignoring tweets with an "@" in them, it also checks if a tweet has been retweeted by the bot however due to cached timelines if the tweet is retweeted in another hashtag in the same settings file it will still throw an error and not update its retweeted status.
