Protection Pixel armor does not provide armor value when powered, only toughness

Describe the Bug

Upon equiping any armor from Protection Pixel and inserting armor plates into it, powering it up by inserting combustion engine i noticed that it provides all benefits - except armor value it self.. therefore ive spent couple hours seting up not working armor :<
Please fix if possible! I saw other users on reddit reporting the same issue.

Reproduction Steps

1.Equip any armor from Protection Pixel
2. Insert any type of armor plating into the armor pieces
3. Power up armor by inserting heated up combustion engine into power slot
Expected behaviour: Armor value is increased by value provided in the item description (wich is correctly shown)
Actual behaviour: Armor value is NOT increased upon equiping any type of powered armor with inserted plates into it.
