Pinning content disappears from lists #237

The result of the pinning process is unclear.
Steps to reproduce:

I added a CID via IPFS.
I see the CID in the Uploads list as "pinning".
The CID disappears from the Uploads list.
I do not see it in the IPFS content list.
I am unsure if it succeeded or failed?
