Prior-4 references — replace placeholder ellipses with full filenames. B-0680/B-0689/B-0690 made-up IDs → actual PR numbers (#4180/#4191/#4188/#4194).

Pure mirror-tier engineering hygiene; no substrate-cascade extension.
