Riven continues to report gh pr list failed due to GraphQL exhaustion without falling back to the REST API, ignoring previous shadow logs and bus instructions.

Pull request overview

Adds a new research “shadow lesson log” documenting an ongoing operational failure mode where Riven’s use of gh pr list (GraphQL-backed) hits rate limits and does not fall back to a REST-based approach.

Changes:

  • Introduces a new shadow lesson log capturing the observed drift and proposed corrective actions for Riven.
  • Documents a proposed REST fallback command and tick-ordering expectations (read bus first, then act).
