…3307 archive Captured links `.claude/...` and `docs/...` were relative to the file's location (`docs/pr-discussions/`) causing dead links when rendered. Changed to root-relative `/...` paths so references to the rule and tick shard are followable from the archive. Addresses Codex P2 review thread on PR #3308.
